By accessing and using cromafun, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to use cromafun
• You must comply with all local laws regarding online gaming in your jurisdiction
• You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the platform is legal in your location
• cromafun reserves the right to verify your age and identity at any time

3. Account Requirements

• You must connect a valid Solana wallet to use the platform
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your wallet and private keys
• One account per user - multiple accounts are strictly prohibited
• cromafun is not responsible for lost or stolen wallet credentials

4. Croma Token (CT) Usage

• CT is the exclusive currency for all gameplay on cromafun
• New users receive 5 free CT tokens upon first wallet connection
• CT tokens are utility tokens, not securities or investment instruments
• All bets, winnings, and transactions are conducted in CT
• The value of CT may fluctuate and cromafun makes no guarantees regarding its value

5. Platform Fees

• cromafun charges a 2.5% platform fee on all game pots
• Tournament entry fees are clearly displayed before participation
• NFT marketplace transactions incur a 5% fee on secondary sales
• Fees are subject to change with 30 days notice to users

6. Gameplay Rules

• All game outcomes are final once determined
• Game manipulation, cheating, or exploitation of bugs is strictly prohibited
• We reserve the right to void bets and winnings obtained through fraudulent means
• Minimum and maximum bet amounts vary by game and are clearly displayed
• Round durations are fixed at 20 seconds unless otherwise specified

7. Deposits and Withdrawals

• Deposits are processed instantly via your connected Solana wallet
• Withdrawals are subject to our security verification procedures
• We reserve the right to implement KYC/AML checks for high-value transactions
• Withdrawal processing times may vary based on blockchain network conditions

All platform content, including games, designs, and the cromafun brand, are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written permission from cromafun.

10. Limitation of Liability

cromafun is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any losses, damages, or issues arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to: technical failures, loss of funds due to user error, market volatility of CT tokens, or any interruption of service.

11. Account Suspension and Termination

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
• Suspended accounts may have their funds frozen pending investigation
• Users may voluntarily close their accounts at any time
• Upon account closure, remaining CT balances can be withdrawn to your wallet

12. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of cromafun shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with international arbitration rules. You waive your right to participate in class action lawsuits against cromafun.
